Mission Statement
Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children, primarily through a professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationship with a caring volunteer and to assist them as they grow to become confident, competent, and caring individuals, by providing committed volunteers, leadership, and standards of excellence.
Vision Statement
Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Mahoning Valley, Inc. has a vision to continue increasing the resources, developing the environment, and improving the mechanisms to provide caring volunteers in the life of every child in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties who can benefit from our services. Our work is as elementary as putting a friend in a child's life, and as essential as putting hope into a child's future
